First of all, the best weight loss program must be effective. It may be Slow or Fast working also.

Fast weight loss diet is not necessarily the one which is the healthiest.

The healthiest way of losing weight must be steady and slow. It may take even years before one rich his desired body weight and body composition.

So, keep this in mind please in case if you have more than 20kg to loss.

I assume that you are interested in FAST and EFFECTIVE fat loss.

This means that you are prepared to take some small shortcuts.

I am going to show you free weight loss program which will enable you to loss excess of water and excess of fat in fast and relatively safe way.

You have to be aware that calorie restricted diet may be very unhealthy for your organism. You MUST make sure that all essential vitamins, minerals, proteins and fats are on place.

You should remember that any good weight loss program should be based only on healthy foods.

There is no exception from this rule.

Presented weight loss program made me 8 kg (17, 5 pounds) lighter and 8cm (4 inches) slimmer in only 8 weeks time.

My weight on the beginning of this experiment was around 95 kg (209 pounds), now my weight varies between 86-87 kg.

Three months after I finished my Fast Weight Loss Program my body fat is still going down very slowly and steady.

I'm still dropping fat but in same time GAINING some lean muscles!

How can it be? you may ask.

Don't worry I will explain everything to you. With tips I going to give you, you will be able to do this same. Fast.

It is very easy to do and everyone can do it. I strongly believe that you will get great results.
Losing weight may be very easy

Anyway, now I will show you weight loss program which will make you much slimmer than you are at this moment. Keep in mind that kind of food you eat is very important for good results, healthy foods are crucial for your success.

Fast weight loss program must be poor in calories. On the other hand all of healthy foods you are going to eat must be very rich in nutrients e.g. vitamins, minerals, enzymes, cofactors, proteins and fats.

Carbohydrates are less important in this case, but if you are one of sugar eaters than you need to plan your carbohydrate consumption very well (don't worry because everything will be explained later).

If your food will be short in calories AND nutrients in effect your organisms will slow down all of major burning fat systems and all your effort will be wasted.

So, keep this in mind while you dieting with this weight loss program: Eat fewer calories but eat more nutrient rich foods, this is key to success.

Now I will list for you rules of this effective and friendly weight loss program.



1) Eat fewer calories than you need. What that mean and how to do it without counting with calculator and kitchen scale?




  • Use smaller plate than usually you do.
  • Always leave some food on plate; never eat everything what is on your plate.
  • Finish your meal before you feel completely full. Always try to leave some empty space in your stomach.
  • Immediately after each meal drink glass (300ml) of still water or green tea (in room temperature).
  • Try to eat 1/3 less foods than you normally eat. There is one very wise saying:
  • "In reality 30% of food you eat is not for you, it is for your doctor"

    Think about it and keep in mind.

  • Too much of good is bad, even if you eat only healthy foods you have to present moderation.


2) Make still mineral water and green tea your best friends.

If you want to loss that nasty body fat you must drink lots of liquids. You should drink at least three litres every day.


Every day morning before your breakfast you must drink half litre of still water or green tea.


Good weight loss program without plenty of water equal bad weight loss program.






3)Eat four meals daily. Make your breakfast and dinner bigger than lunch and afternoon snack.




You can eat carbohydrate rich foods e.g. rice, potatoes, bread, beans, honey etc. only before 3 p.m.

After 3 p.m. you can eat only proteins, fats and non starchy vegetables.

You can eat up to four fruits a day (each portion of medium apple size), try to eat them before 3 p.m. as well.

There is NO LIMIT in non-starchy vegetables consumption. You can eat as much as you like of green vegetables, red, orange and any other veggies which are loaded with nutrients but not with sugars.


4) Don't eat if you are not hungry. You should feel that your stomach is completely empty before you start your next meal.




You need to make sure that you don't overeating. You should feel hungry for at least one hour before each meal.

One hour to three hours of hunger is perfect time for most of us (it is critical rule so don't forget about it).

If you really experiences big troubles in keeping your hunger under control you should immediately think about your goal e.g. slim body, lean and muscular legs etc.

Always remember to drink plenty of green tea and mineral water in those difficult moments.


5) You can eat only these healthy foods:




All of vegetables and fruits, mushrooms, nuts, seeds, all kinds of meat and fish, organ meats.

Liver is very important and have much better vitamin and mineral content than commercial multivitamin pills or any other natural food.

Eat only goat and sheep dairy products and as much of eggs as you like(you can eat cows dairy products but only unpasteurized).

You can eat honey, dark chocolate (min 83% cocoa), real cow's or goat's butter, real thick cow's cream, olive oil, rice oil, coconut oil and animal fats e.g. lard, tallow or suet.

If possible always try to choose only the best available products.


6) Try to prepare all of your foods by yourself; this is very important rule of this weight loss program.




I know that it will take some time but if you want to get your desired body FAST and possibly painlessly then "I don't have a time" is not an excuse.

You should have time for your meal preparation.

If you want be sure that food you eat is made only from healthiest ingredients prepare it by yourself. There is nothing better in world than homemade meals.

The reason is that you simply can't be sure what is on your plate when you go to restaurant (even expensive one) or buying ready cooked meals.

You should always go for fresh ingredients. Never buy ready to eat diets or diet products; they are the biggest scam out there and those kinds of diets will make you dependent.

First of all, ready to eat diet products contains poor ingredients and lots of chemicals (even if they say that they are not how can you be sure about that?).

Secondly they are not real high quality fresh foods.

Third point is that by buying ready to eat meals you will loss very important part of your family's life.

Food shopping, food preparation and big family dinners are things which make us strongly connected.

Those are very important family activities, especialy in our modern and chaotic world.

Do you remember your father or mother preparing food? You have been there, waiting under the kitchen table to try what they were preparing, don't you?

I definitely was.

It was cool for you and me so it will be cool for our kids as well. Don't make them eat some "ready fake foods". Teach them to eat and cook real healthy foods.

And the last point against that "ready meals" is that they are usually overpriced.

You want to be healthy, beautiful and slim? Eat right, slip right and exercise right, period.


7) Sleep at least 7 hours each night. Sleep is next key part of good weight loss program.




Good sleep is very important because it is a time when your body recovering after many hours of work during the day.

Deep sleep will help you to lose body fat. If you don't sleep long enough your fight against body fat will be much harder, longer and difficult.


Ghrelin and Leptin are hormones in the body that are in part responsible for weight loss.


Both hormones are strongly connected to your sleep and rest time. If you sleep not enough, levels of both hormones will get disturbed. That will lead you to heavy overeating.



In general slim people have higher level of Ghrelin than overweight ones during the night. Make sure that proper slip is part of your weight loss program.


8) Do regular exercising.




Monday, Wednesday and Friday do long and steady jogging. Go to the gym at Tuesday and Thursday.

Take some light weights and try to move those week muscles (bigger and more efficient muscles will burn out more body fat!).


Saturday and Sunday should be your days of relax and rest. You can use them for yoga or meditation if you like.


I strongly recommend meditation. It will help you find inner peace which is also very important part of your weight loss program.





9) I have one more very essential point for your weight loss program.




Any effective and possibly the best weight loss program must contain this activity.

It is very strange but unfortunately almost all of healthy lifestyle experts seams to keep forgetting about this fact.

Are you curious what is it?

I am talking now about love and sex. Yes, sex and love are ones of the most important factors of any good and effective weight loss program.

I know it may sound funny but this is true.

Sex will enable your body to get rid of many toxins, to stabilise hormonal system and will give you real pleasure (all of these are extremely important in losing fat).

Every sexual intercourse is recognized by your body as a very important act of living.

It means that you are healthy, strong and you do what you were intended to do, you copy your genes.

And as you probably know, in nature only strong and healthy individuals are allowed to replicate without problems.

We are blessed humans. We have big luck that in our modern society we can wait with reproduction many years while still we can do quite happy leaving.

But our genes never forget about our real mission, keep this in mind. You should make your genes happy to be healty!

Healthy food, clean air, love and sex are equally important for our organisms. So make sure that sex based on true love is included to your life.

(Is proved scientifically that calorie restricted diet will keep one in good condition much longer than our modern unhealthy eating habits.

Healthy foods are crucial for our sexual condition).


10) Last one but critical point for effective weight loss program, your MINDSET.




Without proper mindset your goal will be very difficult to reach.

If you really want to loss that fat around your waist you must believe that you can make it.

To get excellent mindset you should practise programming your mind. You must programme it every day till you get your desired result.

How to properly programme your brain?

You should write down every morning your "weight loss statement" for your weight loss program. Do it few times, in this case more is better.

Repeat your statement at least ten times. Weight Loss Statement is something what will keep you focused on your goal. Short example of weight loss statement:

"I look in mirror and see my beautiful and lean body. I lost XXX pounds in XXX weeks of time and it wasn't even very difficult.
In fact I had lovely time while shaping my new great body. I feel incredibly happy and proud of myself."



And you have to write down something like above ten times on piece of paper (don't use computer) every morning.

Remember to set up only realistic goals, don't expect to lose 50 pounds in 20 days. For example, 22 pounds in three months is doable but try to give your body a little bit of more time.

You don't need to rash because you already know that you will succeed.

In fact, always when you are 100% sure that you will succeed you are already in home.

I think that those ten points is enough to make you very successful in fight for you desired body. Keep on truck and don't let anyone or anything stand between you and your dream.

To Be Vegetarian, or Not to Be?

This is one of hottest questions these days. Vegetarianisms is now very popular, many people strongly believe that this is good way to go. But vegetarianism is not encoded in our genes and we will never achieve optimal health and life span if our prime food will come only from plant world.

There is no point to stop eating of meats and animal fats. Of course we should eat only free range and organic meats if possible (better mineral and vitamin content). Red meat, game meat, poultry and fish and any other animal products are rich in minerals, vitamins, coenzymes and proteins. If you want to be healthy and live long and happy life meat should be on your plate at least two times a week.

Of course there are some vegetarians in good shape but nothing is better than red meat proteins, coenzymes and minerals.
