First Natural Human Diet Step: What Should You Eat?

You should eat the basic list of healthy foods you will find in healthy foods section. You should read that list carefully, print it out and stick it to your fridge door or put in other visible place in your kitchen. What's important is to keep this list visible when you want to cook something, when you do shopping and when you are hungry. There are no other foods available for you than those on your healthy food list (you are only allowed to add some other foods to the list during the third month).

During the first month you will be able to take two days "OFF" for each week and eat some of "junk" foods. That will make you more relaxed and will give you reward for your hard job. There is no reason to hide that usually first weeks of any diet are the hardest ones so we have to be considerate on this.

You need some days "off" to recharge your mental battery. To be honest with you all carbohydrates like pastas, pizzas and cookies are kind of "drugs" to your mind and body. It is not true that alcohol is the biggest legal drug in sale, sugar is. Sugar (carbohydrate) is killing thousands of people every year.

Second Natural Human Diet Step: When Should You Eat?



Natural Human Diet and BREAKFAST



During the first month of diet you can eat three times per day. You can eat one small meal for breakfast, one small for lunch and bigger for dinner. It's very important to keep those two first meals small. For example you can eat two to three eggs, preferably soft ones with two to three slices of bacon or tomatoes or bit of cheese. You can drink buttermilk, kefir or yogurt. These are perfectly healthy drinks.

You can eat some sort of soft cheese, smoked fish, ham (but only if it is 100% real ham), portion of chicken or any other lean meat. You can't eat any starchy vegetables or fruits. The only vegetables you can eat for breakfast are green ones, preferably some fresh leaves like parsley, basil or spinach. Tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions and onions are good as well.

You should eat only small amount of proteins for breakfast. Optionally you can add some green veggies and some fat like butter, olive oil and coconut oil. How much of proteins you should eat? The most important is to eat only small quantities of food for your first meal; you should not be completely satisfied. After you finish your meal you should be still a bit hungry. This is the trick which will enable you to burn your fat and get more energy during the day.

VERY IMPORTANT: Eat slowly, never rush. If you eat too quickly you will miss the point where you can recognize that you have enough already. If you do this you will overeat for sure. Always put small portion of food on your plate.

Normally people will eat everything from plate even if they have no more space in their stomachs (This behaviour is encoded in our genes. Hundreds thousands of years ago food wasn't so easily available like these days. If someone was lucky enouhg to get some food he ate as much as he could. Reason for that behaviour was very simple, next dinner time was unknown).

You don't want to evereat before dinner. In general we never should overeat.



Natural Human Diet and LUNCH



Lunch should be small as well. What can you eat for lunch? For lunch the best will be some fresh or dried fruits and nuts. It is good to eat especially dried fruits with fat. You can use real butter or coconut oil with cinnamon and honey. It is very tasty.

You can eat some cheese, meat, eggs and other rich in proteins foods but in moderation. About 20 grams of proteins for your lunch is really fine.

Your lunch should be rich in some natural carbohydrates and natural fats. If you add to your lunch too much of proteins you will lose healing and fat burning effect of natural human diet. Good idea for lunch could be apples with coconut oil, cinnamon and resins with walnuts. You can do some pears and peaches with butter and honey and some real cacao (with no sugar of course). You may ask: why should I eat carbohydrates and fat for lunch? The answer is simple. Carbohydrates will give you sense of relaxation and pleasure (only if it is in small amount) and fats are the best source of energy and they will effectively slow down digestion of carbohydrates.

Carbohydrates are sugars and we don't want them to raise our insulin level rapidly. (High insulin level usually means fat storage, cancer and short life). Portion of foods for your lunch should be similar to that for your breakfast, maybe slightly bigger because of carbohydrate and fat content. Next very important point is that wild fruits have much less of sugars than our modern fruits from markets. Even those from farmers' market are not wild any more. These fruits are manmade. That is why vegetables are much healthier. Vegetables have more vitamins and minerals while much less of carbohydrates. If you want you can eat some berries fruits.

If you will keep your lunch small soon you will see how your energy increased. You will recognize that you can easily focus on your everyday tasks and that you are sharper. Small lunch means no more feeling of tiredness after meal, means no more gastric problems during the day (winds etc.) and you will experience very positive feeling of weightlessness.

Now is time for a dinner. Like you probably heard many times lots of diets and dieticians advice people to eat 6-7 meals per day and don't eat on the evening. It is next unhealthy concept. Why is it unhealthy? It is unhealthy because it's unnatural.

Human never eat 6-7 meals per day loaded with carbohydrates and especially during the day. The truth is that we are omnivores and we prefer to eat meat than vegetables. Second truth is that most of wild living tribes were and still are eating their main meal on the evening. During the day man is hunting and women with children are looking for wild berries and other available foods. There is not much time to eat proper meal when sun is high on the sky. Our ancestors eat probably during the sunset or even later.

They were very healthy and strong while living in much harder conditions than we are. Today we have hot water, heating, warm houses and clothes, drugs (90% useless in fact) and we are still getting worse and worse as human specie.

In fact the last 500 years made us so weak and unhealthy. We follow the guidelines of U.S government and other health-related institutions (WHO- World Health Organization) regarding nutrition, physical activity and drugs consumption. And what is the effect of these guidelines? Rapidly growing population of weak and very sick people. Next generations will be born with congenital diabetes and heart malformations in epidemic quantities.

All of that will lead many of us to extermination and many new health related problems. So next time you hear some guidelines from WHO, US Government or any other big and government elated organisations take few minutes of your time and check it properly. 99% of those guidelines are dangerous for you and your family health (low fat diet for example).

So for dinner you can eat from all food groups with restriction to kind of carbohydrates. The only carbohydrates you can eat for your dinner are vegetables. Quantities and kind of fat and proteins are not restricted at all so you can eat as much as you like. All of your foods must be made by nature of course. Try not to eat anything from boxes or plastic foil. It is proven that these kinds of packages are able to react with foods enclosed inside and contaminate them with chemicals. Third Natural Human Diet Step: How Much Should You Eat? You should eat small portions of foods for first two of your three daily meals, which means breakfast and lunch are small and dinner is big. If you will go for natural human diet soon you will realize that amount of foods you eat before was way too much.

We don't need so many calories to be healthy and full of energy. In fact we are much healthier when we eat fewer calories.

Generally counting of calories is not good idea and should be avoided. With natural human diet you don't have to count any calories at all. What you may want to count and only in the beginning are grams of proteins. You have to eat small portions of proteins for breakfast and lunch and how much protein you like for a dinner. Again I want you to remember that first two meals are only small kind of snack before the big and full of nutrient dinner. If you will feel not too well with late dinner you can move it for earlier hour but not too early.

In general you can eat your dinner between 5 pm and 9 pm in summer and 4 pm and 8pm in winter. It is individual case so everyone should test it for himself (if you live in Australia or any other sunny country where there are long sunny days even in December you can stick easily to summer hours). But if you are from middle of the Europe then you should eat earlier in the winter time.

Generally there is no need to count calories, fats, carbohydrates or proteins because natural human diet is a 100% natural diet and there is no limitation to foods you are going to eat.

1) Small breakfast, preferably small amount of proteins and some good and healthy fats. Not too much of carbohydrates. Only vegetables, the best are green ones.

2) Small lunch, small amount of proteins and moderate of carbohydrates with healthy fats. You can eat fruits, honey and other natural sweeteners (but not sugar).

3) Big dinner with no limitations to foods you eat. You can eat dinner: during summer time 5pm-9pm and in winter time 4pm-8pm. Avoid fruits for dinner during first month of natural human diet. Eat lots of proteins, fats and carbohydrates (only vegetables).

4) You can take two days "off" and eat junk foods. It is your choice in which days you will go junk or manmade foods but I would suggest you to take Monday and Friday. Friday is a day when many of us have meetings with friends or family, we go to cinema or to the club so it is good to leave this day as it was before. You can drink only mineral water, green tea and coffee with fat cream. If you want to drink alcohol go for red or white wine, whisky, tequila, vodka, gin or rum. Try to avoid every sweet alcohol. You can drink sometimes one small bear if you have to. We are now ready to move to second month of natural human diet program.

During the second month of natural human diet basic rules are almost the same; two small meals during the day and one big for a dinner. But there are few small changes to your diet, they are small but very important and are key to move farther with your new lifestyle. During second month you can take only one day "off" in each week to eat some of junk foods.

You can only add one fruit after dinner if you like. If you don't feel hungry in the morning then you can skip breakfast and wait for lunch. Your target is two meals per day and after third month you should be able to switch to this plan. During the second month you can start to prepare yourself to cut out breakfast from your menu.It is not true that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is not enough to hear it from everyone to make it true.

In the morning your organism is ready after long night of hard work. It was reconstructing your muscles, skin, bones, hair and every cell in you to make you ready for next day. It was removing dead and sick cells (many cancerous ones as well) and was building new healthy tissue. After so huge job your body needs time to rest of all that digestion and the best time is during the day when you are physically active. If you will go for some large meal for breakfast you will make your body utilize foods that you just ate.

On the other hand you will stop utilizing excess of your body fat and other sick tissues which mean you will stop losing weight and you will stop all healing process in your body.

Your body need time to repair all organs and build new tissues. The best time for that is night time when you are sleeping. During the day your body is burning excess of fat and sick tissues to replace them with new ones in night time. The best time to get something to eat is late afternoon or evening.


It's already proven by many scientific studies that low calorie, low carbohydrate diets are able to significantly extend our life span. They will also keep us in good health. Why is that? There is one very important rule which states that:

"the less time you will spend on digestion of foods the more time you will spend on healing processes and healthier you will be".

These are all about enzymes (and few other metabolic issues of course). Your organism has limited ability to manage enzymes. Enzymes are molecules that effectively speed up every single chemical reaction in your body. They can be used for digestion and other metabolic functions like building and decomposing of your tissues. The point is that our organisms prefer to do one thing or another, they don't like do two things at the same time. That is why we should eat big dinners when we are about to go to the bed (one or two houres before you will go sleep) because it is healing time.

When you eat less calories your metabolism slows down to preserve energy. It is proven that people on calorie restriction diet have lower body temperature than others. Lower body temperature means that enzymes work slower and longer. This is one of few reasons why low calorie diets may significantly extend maximum lifespan of humans, rodents or primates. In other words when you restrict intake of calories you are slowing down you organisms and that is why you will get to the "finish" later than others who don't. "Finish" mean Death of course.

All forces of our bodies should be funnelled to this very single important duty of repering. On the other hand during day time we are designed to burn our calories and all of body functions are designed to make our muscles and brain work effectively. That is why there is no time for digestion and healing during day time. You see there is one funny thing about these days' "popular" science from TV and newspapers and even government and popular health organisations.

They tell us to do exactly opposite of what we actually should do! They tell us to eat lots of carbohydrates and almost no animal fat when truth is exactly opposite. They tell us that dietary fat will make us overweight when in fact carbohydrates will do this much better. They tell us that the best cure for cancer right now is chemotherapy and radiotherapy when in reality these are the worst therapies you can imagine. For one cancer cell killed by chemotherapy millions of healthy cells must die, so where is the point?
Not to mention about effects of this deadly treatments.

They tell us that we should eat 6-7 meals per day while one big meal and two small meals are completely enough for whole day. And finally they tell you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day when we don't need breakfast at all. These days science is on very low level and probably because there is big money involved. That is why the best what we can do is to stick to our history when there was no obesity, cancer, CHD (cardiovascular problems), allergies and other nasty problems.

That is why natural human diet is made to serve you and give you the best possible health and shape. And don't worry about your genes because genes can only determine 30% of who you are and 70% is determined by your environment and the most important factor there is your diet.

You can easily skip breakfast if you like and wait for lunch time. You can try it and find out if it works for you or not. I know that some people will skip breakfast and some will not. That is why you should find out what is the best for you.

One day for junk foods is next step to eliminate those foods at all from your diet. Again if you want to see fast and good result you have to believe me and leave all of man-made foods behind. Man-made foods are dangerous. What do you think mostly is the cause of teeth decay and why do we even have to suffer because of tooth decay? I can bet that it is not many times that you thought about it.

Are we designed to suffer? Of course we are not. Tooth decay is caused by wrong diet, specifically by carbohydrates overconsumption. First, carbohydrates promote development of bacteria in our mouth that causes tooth decay. Secondly, excessive carbohydrates will result to demineralisation of our bones and teeth and thirdly excessive carbohydrates will cleanup vitamins and minerals from our bodies.

Few thousand years ago people had no toothbrush or toothpaste and they had perfect, "white" smile. They were buried with all teeth! This is a fact. Our ancestor ate what I call natural human diet.

You can see how important it is to eliminate all of those junk foods. They are destroying your health. Next very important fact about junk foods is that they are highly addictive. All that sugar (carbohydrate), taste and aroma additives make us addicts. Aroma additives are even worst because they are used by Big Junk restaurants like McDonalds or KFC to make you walk in from the street and buy some junk foods. Aroma additives are in every manmade food you can find. During the second month of natural human diet you should keep going with one or two small meals and one big dinner with one fruit if you like. Remember that you can eliminate only breakfast if you wish but do not eliminate the lunch.

Drink 8 glasses of water, coffee and green tea. You can drink natural juices made by yourself from fresh fruits but not more than one glass a day. Ok, now we can easily move to month three of Natural human diet.

Third month of natural human diet is divided into four parts which are the following weeks. Each week is a next step to new healthy diet and lifestyle. After third month you should be ready to manage your diet by yourself. There will be no more restrictions to the time when you eat and to the kind of foods you eat (of course you still can't eat man-made foods, only healthy and natural foods). You should eat no more than two meals per day, it is very important rule.

If you will go for more meals you will disturb healing process of the diet and three months of your effort will may wasted. Preferably you should eat one small meal during the day and one big in late afternoon or evening.

If you can go all day with only one meal it is fine as well, do it and stay healthy. It is important to follow next four steps or weeks because they will help you to understand needs of your body.

On the first week of third month you will say "bye bye" to junk foods. You should do this on the last day of the first week but it should be a proper "goodbye". You are probably wondering why? You are allowed to grab your favourite junk foods and eat as much as you can all day if you wish (don't make yourself sick of course). Keep in mind that it will be the last time you are allowed to eat that so do proper feast.

I know that there will be a kind of fight inside you: fight between "healthy guy" and "junk food lover" and that you will have to decide what to do next; to eat or not to eat. Don't force yourself to make one or another decision, just do what you want to do. It is your day.

Next key to health and success is to cut out from your menu breakfast. After two months of natural human diet this should be easier for you. Instead of breakfast take cup of good coffee with three or four taaspoons of fat cream. You have all week to prepare yourself and leave breakfast away. On the second week there will be no more breakfast.

I'm sure that when you get used to it you will not change that coffee for anything else. Coffee will effectively suppress feeling of hunger and will give you energy. Fat cream is essential to make process go smoothly and slowly. There is no point to give a "shock" to your organisms.

In natural human diet everything must go smooth. Besides fat cream will protect your stomach from coffee which can be for some of us not very well tolerated on empty stomach. Fat cream will give you energy and switch your hormones to state of fat burning.

I will take my occasion here and give you short explaining of human metabolism and its connection with foods we eat. There are two sides of human metabolism; one is called anabolisms and opposite to it is called catabolism. Anabolism is responsible for tissue building and storage of energy. Insulin is the most important hormone of anabolic side of metabolism.

Catabolism on the other hand is responsible for destroying and decomposition of old and sick tissues and for energy release. The most important hormone on the catabolic side is called glucagon. Insulin is switched on and is working to build more body tissues only when our blood is enough of sugar glucose. Now question is, when does level of blood sugar goes up? Always, after we consumed some carbohydrates (sugars), especially man-made ones or carbohydrates mixed with proteins.

There is no difference whether you eat potatoes or honey because they are always converted to glucose by your organisms. Blood sugar level will go up and will cause insulin excretion. Insulin hormone will start to build new tissues and storage of energy (in hips, belly, arms, face etc.). It is unhealthy because during the day we should keep spending energy, especially from excess of our under skin fat.

Glucagon can work properly only when sugar level is low which means that you can't eat too much of carbohydrates. In fact you have to avoid all of man-made carbohydrates and if you are overweight you should avoid rice and potatoes as well (There are better foods for our body than those two).

Glucagon excretion is supported by dietary fats, but not by all of them. Only saturated (animal fat, coconut oil fat) and monounsaturated (olive oil, avocado) fats will work for us. Polyunsaturated fats will make you fat so avoid them; they are like man-made carbohydrates not founded in high quantities in nature. When you eat good fats glucagon can easily decompose sick tissues (cancer cells as well) and use excess of your body fat for energy. At the same time you are becoming slim and muscular because glucagon and low level of insulin in blood will help to release testosterone and growth hormone which are responsible for maintaining of muscles, skin and bones (if you like physical activities than you probably know that good training will release good amount of growth hormone. If your diet is correct, loaded with good fats you may be able to double or triple amount of growth hormone release by simply training to "the edge" or to moment when you will "hit the wall").

In age 60 or better you will be like 30 or 40. And this is not a joke. It is scientific and proven true. Now you should understand why it is good to keep breakfast out of diet and your lifestyle. It will make you younger and healthier. Remember that less insulin means longer and healthier life. In these days you will not find even one of good scientists or nutritionists who will argue with this scientific fact.

Try to make lunch your first meal of the day. Before lunch you can eat only some fruit or vegetable (raw only) if you feel really hungry. Anyway coffee with fat cream should do the trick and keep big hunger away. So during the first week you have only two things to do:

1)Finish with junk foods.

2)Remove breakfast from your menu.

It may be little bit hard on the beginning but it will pay you off hundredths times. How? You will get more time, more health, more money and more energy. Is it a good deal?

Second Week of Third Month




During the second week you should have started eating two meals per day. Small lunch and big dinner is what will give you good shape and long term health. If you still find it difficult to skip breakfast you can take one fresh fruit for morning meal during second week (preferably apple, pear or berry fruits). Second week is easy. There are no changes to your daily routine. The most important is to get used to your new way of life where health is more important than eating. You will be surprised when you will see your stomach getting flat and small. That will make you feel good and you will be proud of yourself, like I was.

It will be your first pay off for efforts during first months of new diet. After 8 to 12 weeks of natural human diet you can expect to lose about 6 to 10 pounds or 3 to 5 kg. It is really doable and you will reach this result with no problems. It is healthy weight loss; neither too fast nor too slow.

The best part of it is that you will lose excess fat and water and you will keep your muscles untouched. New hormonal balance of your body will help to protect muscles while glucagon will sweep out under skin fat. You can expect more energy as well. So because second week of third month of natural human diet is easy and is more like adaptation time we have time to talk about next very important thing which is called physical activity.

As you know already exercising should be a part of our lifestyle. But very important is to understand why it is so vital for us and why our bodies need it so much. So, how was our life before we start to working behind the desks, computer screens and driving wheels? For sure it was beautiful life loaded with physical activities which kept us healthy, lean and strong for millions of years. But there was a big difference between women and men. Woman's physical activity was much less explosive than man's activity. Woman together with her kids was responsible for gathering foods and other home-related tasks. That is why she never needed powerful muscles and long distance running skills. Women were more gentle and sensitive than men (it's hard to say this today when we see some of girls training very hard in gyms).

Women's physical activities were more aerobic with slow to moderate heart bit rate levels while men physical activities were usually on moderate to high heart bit rate levels. This is significant difference between a woman and a man. This fact is a very important factor which should determine kind of exercises you do.

If you are a woman then you should do slow and steady running, you should dance or do aerobics. These are superior physical activities which will keep your body firm and young. You should do stretching and swimming as well. Those are only simple basic examples to give you idea what you should do with your body to achieve good results.

When you are sweating during exercises you are burning calories and this is only one small benefit of physical activity. Next important fact is that during the exercising and sweating your body is producing uric acid and in much bigger quantities than normally. Uric acid is a very powerful antioxidant (free radical killer) and is known to have excellent healing effect for skin (the best body lotions and creams contain high dosage of uric acid. Keep in mind however that sometimes body lotions with uric acid may cause painful experience).

What does this mean for you? It means that while you are sweating you are actually healing your skin! (No more spots, pimples etc.)

Another great benefit from exercising is firm body. When you are exercising regularly your muscles becoming tense and your figure is changing for better. You will get more athletic posture and this is very important because your skeleton muscles will keep you young-looking longer. If you don't train your muscles it is impossible to maintain right posture which means you are aging much faster and look much older than you actually are.

Nice and tense muscles have beneficial influence on your skin as well. Taut skin looks much better than skin which is loose. I have one more important thing to say, if you are a woman and your goal is to make nice and fat free six-pack then you should know that this is completely unnatural for you. Even if you will achieve your "dream" you have to know that it will be very hard to maintain that six-pack for long period of time.

This is because woman body is designed to hold some fat in case she will get pregnant. Second reason is more obvious, rounded woman shape looks much more interesting to members of opposite sex. This means higher chances for reproduction of course. So don't kill yourself in gym for something what is unnatural and in fact unhealthy for you. Flat abdomen looks very nice and this same thing I can say about a bit rounded one but fat free six-pack is not very feminine. But if you are crazy about sport and fitness and you have to get it, do it if you like. Just make sure that all exercises you do are safe for you.

Things look a bit different if you are a man. Your physical activities should be explosive and powerful. You should do steady running varied with powerful sprints. You should do some weight lifting but not too much. There is no point for lifting 400 pounds unless you are professional athlete or you just like it(?). But remember that in nature this kind of strength is not necessary.

Much more important is endurance and explosive strength. So use your own body to make some very effective exercising like push ups, pull ups and squats. Do some stretching and swimming as well. Do all of those activities to reach point where you are very tired but still have some more strength to make few more exercises. This is the best way to build strong, healthy and tough body. Never permit yourself to reach point of complete exhaustion. In my view these are the best basic activities for men. If you like martial art it is good to join some club and get one or two sparring in week with other guys. Of course when I say sparring I mean sparring not full contact fight. This is for professionals.

Reasonable fight is very good for man because it will wake up his real nature and this is incredibly helpful in every day's life. Those are only basic information about physical activities. Physical activity should be a part of any lifestyle or diet (in general word "diet" mean Regimen). There is no diet without exercising. Everything is connected; exercising and foods are very important for healthy lifestyle.

Third Week of Third Month




Welcome to the third month's third week of Natural Human Diet.

This week will be all about friendly bacteria which are necessary for our good mental and physical health. There is no change in quantity of meals you eat during third week. You should still keep two meals per day; one small lunch and one bigger diner. But here is the news: you should add to your meals healthy foods which are full of friendly bacteria. There are lots of supplements on the market which can be used to add those bacteria to our diet but the best and the healthiest way of doing that is to eat fermented milks or plants products.

In fact fermented cow milk is the only cow milk you can eat. Sometimes unpasteurised cow milk is good as well but for majority of population cow milk is highly allergenic and should not be eaten at all (especially by children). The best for you are yogurt, buttermilk, kefir, sauerkraut and fermented cabbage juice. These are loaded with lactic acid bacteria which are essential to maintain our good health.

Lactic acid bacteria are residing in our intestine and they are a big part of all bacteria living in our body. These bacteria live in woman's vagina and that is why they are the first bacteria which are responsible for protection of newborn child. They are responsible for proper function of child's immunological system. About two kilograms (four pounds) of your weight make bacteria living on and inside you! Just imagine this 2 kg of you is made by other life creatures. There are much more bacteria in you than you have your own cells. If one day they will decide to move out from your organisms then you are in trouble. To be honest with you, in deadly trouble.

So since they are so important and inseparable part of us we have to take special care about them and then we can expect that they will take care about us and will protect us against dangerous parasites. Human for all time of his evolution was strongly dependable of bacteria. They were and they still are part of us. In our modern society we have now war against bacteria. Bacterio-phobia is being promoted by media, governments and pharmaceutical business. There are only two results of this war; our worst health and full bank accounts of many powerful businessman's and politics related to "Big Pharma".

So, we have to protect ourselves against terrible effects of that misunderstanding and make sure that our little friends are safe and healthy. If they are okay then you will be okay as well.

Like I said before you will do the best if you will add good portion of fermented foods to your diet. Preferably you should add yogurt or kefir to your lunch because it is small meal and you have lots of free space in your stomach.

Friendly bacteria from yogurt will prepare your gut for digestion of bigger dinner as well. It is significantly important to eat products with friendly bacteria every day.

Supplements may help but they are much less effective than live food. Friendly bacteria are also essential for your skin health. Skin is one of the biggest organs we have and is critical to keep it in good condition. To keep your skin healthy and shining you should eat products I just mentioned and secondly, you should choose only organic soaps, body lotions and creamy lotions.

Since the beginning of third week you have to add to your meal (preferably lunch but if you wish you can add to both meals) healthy foods containing friendly bacteria. This is next important part of Natural Human Diet. If 90% of cells in our body are bacteria cells not our own cells then at least 90% of our attention should go to these little guys. Fourth Week of Third Month




Welcome to the fourth week of third month on Natural Human Diet. It was last week when you were guided what and when to eat. Previous three months were designed to wake up your natural instincts and sharpen your taste and sense of smell. After all those days of Natural Human Diet you should be able to go your own nutrition way. You have basic knowledge about nutrition and you know few very important facts and myths about real healthy eating (not one from TV). So what to do next? I'm assuming that you are already eating two meals per day (small lunch and bigger dinner) and that you inserted to your daily diet some fermented foods with friendly bacteria. These are basics which must be done to proceed to the next and last step. In this week I expect you to add to your diet some kind of row foods. I knew that you are already eating fresh fruits and vegetables but we have to add raw proteins as well.

Before I will explain exactly what kind of raw proteins and why you should add them to your diet I would like to tell you that this is very important step to better health and probably to longer life. So keep this in mind, please. Probably you are thinking now what is going on, what are raw proteins? Okay, let's get straight to the point. You should know that cooking is destroying proteins. High heat is denaturizing and twisting amino acids which are basic compounds of every protein. Denaturized and twisted amino acids are more or less toxic for your body.

This is next very important scientific fact which is not very popular among the doctors, dieticians and health practitioners. Proteins that are destroyed by high heat can't be properly digested by our organisms. They have to be removed from our bodies as quick as possible or rebuild otherwise they will lead to many health related problems. The problem is; lots of destroyed and toxic amino acids go to our blood circulatory system and make it poisoned. Then your poisoned body have to get rid of those toxins (destroyed toxic amino acids molecules) and to do that we will use our white blood cells which are normally responsible for protection against harmful pathogens and other unwelcomed visitors.

In worst cases our body can use even viruses which are responsible for excretion or storage of those toxic molecules. If that will happen then you are sick, probably you have flu or other kind of infection.Flu is not necessary caused by viruses from other people or animals (swine flu for example). It can be caused by your own organism overloaded with toxic molecules caused by overcooking of proteins, carbohydrates and fats.

That is real science so take your time for researches if you wish. I guarantee that you will find lots of information about this. Raw foods should be important part of your diet. So, to make you healthier I advise you to eat at least one or two times per week of raw fish (sushi) or beef (steak tartare) for a dinner. You heard probably earlier about these foods. Sushi is an original Japanese food which is one of the healthiest and is very tasty. I prefer using raw salmon because it has amazing taste and is very easily digested by our organisms.

Steak tartare is made from raw beef steak and is another very healthy and tasty meal. It is very popular in north and eastern of Europe. If you will find it in restaurant you will pay fortune for good quality one. Tartare is served with raw egg yolks, capers, onions, salt and black pepper.

It is finely chopped beef so is easy to eat. The best is with accompaniment of red wine. Those are only two of very popular raw meals, more you will find in healthy food recipes section. If you are worried about raw eggs I have to tell you that it is completely unreasonable. Almost all of salmonella cases, about 99% of them was caused by products containing eggs which are available to buy in big supermarkets. Products like ice-creams, ready cooked chickens or other ready packaged foods containing eggs are the most dangerous ones.

Fresh eggs from organic farms are safe for us and you can buy it almost everywhere. Always buy organic and if possible free range eggs. It is okay to buy from normal street shop, supermarket or farmers markets (farmers markets are the best). Our great grandparents and their parents ate raw or cooked eggs in much bigger amount than we do these days and they were healthy.

There are many tasty and healthy recipes with raw eggs yolks, coconut oil and nuts and there is one more great benefit of eating raw foods like meat, fish or eggs. This benefit is a very healthy and firm skin. Our skin is very sensitive to our diet so it reacts very fast to any changes. More raw food in your diet means fewer toxins in your organisms which mean healthier and really good looking body.

I know it sounds strange to eat raw meats but this is what people do since the beginning of our evolution. In many countries raw meat recipes are traditional recipes. Every other country has some kind of raw meat foods. So make sure you buy high quality raw meat or fish and include it to your diet. You will be amazed how raw salmon is easily digested and how light you will feel after eating that food.

But remember, Kissinger's plan was designed to cut out population of third world countries. Today looks like this plan is reconstructed and is working against all countries of the world. That plan is the answer of world's prime governments to the overgrowing world's population. So as you can see the only person you should trust is you.

Now I would like to give you few guidelines which will help you during your first days of your new diet plan. If you will be very hungry in the morning because coffee with fat cream does not work for you very well then you can eat some apple or pear or berries fruits. You should drink lots of mineral water and/or kefir.

Kefir is very rich in friendly bacteria which are able to effectively colonize your intestine. I drink 2 to 3 glasses of kefir between morning and afternoon. This is good practice to keep your skin in good condition as well. But for most of people hardest thing to do is to quit completely junk foods and sweets. This will take time before you will be 100 percent "cured" from these unhealthy foods. The best way to forget about those foods is to eat plenty of fruits. If you are sugar addict then it is the only healthy way for you to do that.

If it is necessary you can add some honey but only in very hard times. Next key to success is to eat how much you like for dinner. You can eat all foods from healthy food list with one limitation; you should not eat fruits. Of course after third month you will be in charge of your diet and you will decide what and when you can eat.

But in my view during the fourth month it is better to eat for dinner only meats, vegetables, nuts and fats to get better results from diet. Why is it so important not to limit amount of foods for dinner? If you eat proper dinner and don't limit yourself for the next day you will be full of energy and you will go easily through all morning to lunch time without starving.

Besides this is next good point of Natural Human Diet, you can eat for a dinner as much as you like with peace of mind because you know that you will be in great shape anyway.

To Be Vegetarian, or Not to Be?

This is one of hottest questions these days. Vegetarianisms is now very popular, many people strongly believe that this is good way to go. But vegetarianism is not encoded in our genes and we will never achieve optimal health and life span if our prime food will come only from plant world.

There is no point to stop eating of meats and animal fats. Of course we should eat only free range and organic meats if possible (better mineral and vitamin content). Red meat, game meat, poultry and fish and any other animal products are rich in minerals, vitamins, coenzymes and proteins. If you want to be healthy and live long and happy life meat should be on your plate at least two times a week.

Of course there are some vegetarians in good shape but nothing is better than red meat proteins, coenzymes and minerals.
