This food list is the most important one, all the rest of presented lists on those pages are only in addition to this healthy food list. In the beginning I would
like to tell you how and why I choose some particular foods and why I decided to throw away some other foods but first a bit of explanation...
You see, there is recipe for living in health, wealth and love and this recipe is Natural Healthy Food List. You can think that this is only my brainless talking
with no cover in facts. I will give you proof. How to be happy, healthy and wealthy?
First of all YOU HAVE to take care of YOUR HEALTH and HEALTH of YOUR FAMILY. Only healthy body can keep healthy mind and only healthy mind can be happy
and only happy man can be wealthy, whatever this means for you. Remember that. So, How You Can get healthy and beautiful body? Probably you already know that, isn't it?
The only one way to do that is natural, healthy diet and natural healthy food list.
In other words to be healthy you need Healthy foods.
Today our earth is not the healthiest place of the universe and that is why we have so many health related problems.
We don't eat properly, we don't sleep properly and we don't care about our muscles properly.
Healthy food is first and most important tool to control your weight. Exercising is right after healthy and natural foods.
So how can you become healthy?
Your first step to health is your diet, you are what you eat. Read carefully natural healthy food list and use it every single day. "How" and "when" to eat?
you will find every single answer for these and many more questions in Healthy Diet section.
First of all, in natural healthy foods section you will find only foods which are necessary for your health and Secondly, here will be no place for foods which
are not necessary for your health, that's our rules, very simple rules. We don't want to eat foods which are not necessary for our bodies and for our health.
We want to eat only healthy foods which are loaded with greatest nutrients.
Not natural foods which are eaten only for taste with no nutritional values are unhealthy and will make your body starving. In effect of starving you will get
seriously ill or even die. No more of starving.
How do I choose the healthiest foods for natural healthy food list? To be honest with you I didn't...our ancestors and nature did that for us, they decided hundreds
of thousands years ago which foods are healthy for us. What they ate was healthy and natural and that's why now we are going to eat these same foods, or similar ones.
We want to be healthy, beautiful and full of energy. Natural healthy food list will give you all of these.
Food history section provides you with more information about our ancestors' diets. Next important factor which help me to decide which foods should be on a natural
healthy food list is...our evolution.
Monkeys are our close cousins. But there are few big differences; new theory says that we are more like marine mammals than apes!.
There are two theories (but both fit perfectly to our natural healthy food list)...first one states that we evolved on savannas, we ate everything what was
available including some plants and pieces of dead animals left by predators, in other words we were simply full time scavengers.
After some time we learned how to hunt and then we become typical carnivores (that's fact, human never was a vegetarian!)Second theory is little bit different.
That theory states that we evolved in coasts of seas, rivers and lakes. We were very good swimmers and marine hunters. The most important foods for our natural diet
were fish and marine mammals. Second theory is as good and reasonable as first one.
Scientists are still trying to prove one theory or another but which one is real is not very important for us right now. Maybe both theories are correct, probably is
like always in cases like this one, truth lay on the middle. Natural healthy food list can be adapt to both of theories.
What is already proved can be new to you...in fact we have more similar body features with marine mammals than with our cousins chimpanzees and other apes.
There is whole long list of our similarities with marine mammals and only two same features with apes.
So because of this fact natural healthy food list will be rich in fish and if is possible in marine mammals. Of course if you don't like fish don't eat them,
if you stick to red meat and some poultry it's completely fine (you can take supplements with omega-3 fatty acids to cover your daily needs).
Proportions and quantities of red meat, fish and vegetables in your diet are covered in separate Healthy Diet section.
On the other hand if you don't enjoy red meat this is ok as well, stick with fish and marine mammals, shell fish, prawns etc. they are perfect foods as well.
One thing should be clearly understandable for you; your diet must be rich in omega-3 fats. You will be healthy if you give to your body what it wants.
True is that your body needs proteins and fats, high value proteins from fish and red meats and high value fats like omega-3 and saturated and monounsaturated fats.
Carbohydrates are not necessary for your good health; they are the most dangerous nutrient, are you asking why? Because 90% of all products rich in
carbohydrates are fake, manmade and unnatural. In nature there is no pasta trees or bread trees. Human never ever ate so many carbohydrates like these days.
To be healthy we have to live in harmony with nature, nature is in some sense like our God.
If you follow the rules of nature you will be healthy, beautiful and happy at least 100 years and you will die in pace like it should be. On the other
hand if you decide to break even one of natural laws nature will simply take you down. Do you want to know how nature will do this? I will show you this in simple
example.
When you do some unnatural things with yourself e.g. you eat wrong food, smoke tons of cigarettes, drink too much of alcohol, take drugs, don't exercise etc.
nature will try to"fix" this in any possible ways.
Yes you herd good "fix" because for millions years your body was designed to move, ate and live only with nature-made products.
Nature spent millions of years to shape our bodies, think about it...MILLIONS OF YEARS.
Now, we humans in only 10000 thousand years are trying to change the way of life, it is ridicules. Because of our changes in our diet nature is trying to find new
metabolic ways to make our bodies work properly on new fuel which is called carbohydrates (before 10000 BC our fuel was mainly fats and proteins).
To find good solution for our bodies and teach them how to work properly on new carbo-fuel nature has to do experiments. These experiments are called for example
cancer, obesity and CHD...
I can see your surprise when you reading this but this is true. Everyone knows that if we want to invent something new it will take lots of time before success will
be achieved.
Edison was trying to switch on the light bulb about 1000 times before he finally succeeded. Nature is doing exactly the same with us right now, like Edison is trying
to find out how to make us work properly with new carbohydrate fuel and this is very expensive of course, we are paying for these experiments from our pockets in
currency which is called LIFE, some of us will survive and others will not.
The only chance to survive and enjoy long and happy life is to not participate in these experiments. You have to stay in harmony with nature,
do what nature want you to do, nothing else. One thing is sure for me...nature want us to eat foods only from natural healthy food list.

Ok, now is the time for hard facts and guidelines. On natural healthy food list is no place for fake, sweet, genetically modified fruits and starchy veggies
(with one or two exceptions). On natural healthy food list will be not too much of dietary fibber, why? because we don't want to destroy our intestines.
Dietary Fibber is kind of plant tissue which cannot be digested by our gastric tract.
Dietary Fibber can cause even cancer; yes you hear mi good...too much of dietary fiber is foundation for bowel cancer. Quantities of dietary fibber which are
proposed by doctors and many dieticians these days are much too high, they are around 20-30 grams per day and this is too much.
I'm 99% sure that next big problem after "CHD" , "saturated fat" and "cholesterol" will be cancer of digestive tract.
Take this lesson home, remember these words: today they are telling you that you should eat lots of dietary fiber, tomorrow they will try to sell you drugs to
repair your destroyed digestive tract. This is exactly same story as with cholesterol. They told people to stop eat saturated fats what in fact is the reason
of high levels of cholesterol and many cardiovascular problems, many of cancers as well.
Then they "discovered" anti-cholesterol drugs called STATINS and started to sell that not working drug for billions of dollars to people who needs real help not
fake pills. They discovered chemotherapy and radiotherapy as well, for one cancer cell killed by chemotherapy millions of healthy cells must die,
why? because this is huge business.
It is not about your health, it is about your wallet.
You know, was time of cars and Ford, was time of computers and Gates but now is Time of Drugs and Pharmacy! It could be completely fine but
greediness is insatiable...
So, like you can see DIETARY FIBER is next big money maker. Food companies are selling lots of products and supplements loaded with dietary fibber, what for?
Human never ate so much dietary fibber...never ever.
Dietary fibber can actually irritate your bowel like sand paper, and this can cause cancer or some other dangerous health disorders. Natural healthy food list is
divided into three sections: first one is all about proteins, second one is about fats and last one third is about carbohydrates.

NATURAL HEALTHY FOOD LIST
THE HEALTHIEST SOURCES OF PROTEINS ON YOUR NATURAL HEALTHY FOOD LIST
The best sources of proteins are red meats: beef, lamb, buffalo, goat meat and any of game meat. These meats were on humans "plates" for hundreds of thousands
years. The best pieces of meats should be rich in fat! A fatty meat is what our ancestors ate. North American Indians are the best example...if they had a choice
they always pick up the fattiest pieces of meats available. Lean meats ware used to make "Pemmican" which is kind of high protein-high fat snack made with lean
dried meat and buffalo suet (suet is kind of fat placed around kidneys).
If they had problems with hunting buffalos or other big fat mammals Indians had to eat small animals like rabbits, squirrels and birds...they called this periods
"rabbit starvation".
It was called Rabbit starvation because of tiny amount of fat in such small animal like rabbit. Indians recognized that undersized amounts of fat in their diet
are reason for many health related problems. The same we can say about proteins quantities in diet, not enough proteins in your diet will cause many nasty problems.
Always choose the fattest cuts of meat and if you can afford that buy only organic grass fed meat.
If grass fed meat is too expensive for you and your family this is no reason to panic, the best solution is to start extra supplementation of omega-3 fatty acids
and few minerals and vitamins (this is covered in healthy diet section).
Roasted meat is one of the most natural and healthy foods available these days. Eat a lot of it and be strong like a Bull!
Generally meat was always on tables in rich homes while carbohydrates were sign of poverty. Kings of nations were feeding their families and courts with
meat and fat because they knew that these are the finest and healthiest foods. In India for example only poor people eat veggies only and meat is sphere of rich
and those of higher social levels (Food from natural healthy food list is this same food which was on plates of the richest people) .
After red meat we have organ meats on our natural healthy food list. Organ meats are probably the most important foods in nature. In wolves packs the most important
and healthiest foods are always organ meats and in many cases they are reserved for alpha wolf which is the most important one, the leader.
Similar is with us humans. Organ meats were for the most important members of community because of their nutritional value.Liver, kidneys, sweet breads,
brains, lungs, stomach and intestine are of highest nutritional value you can find in nature.
There is no plant which is so high in nutritional values. Besides organs can be prepared to be very tasty even tastier than regular muscle meat.
The best part about organs meat is that is cheaper than nice beef steak for example, excluding only sweetbreads which are very expensive. Sweetbreads are very
expensive because they are glands (its gland which is protecting your body against harmful bacteria's and chemicals) which are responsible for immunological
system and for that reason they are incredibly healthy food.
Thanks God we can buy special supplements to boost our immunological system, we don't have to spent fortune for sweetbreads. More about these supplements you can

Grilled chicken is very good source of full value proteins but unfortunately it is a bit too skinny. If you thinking about diet based only on chickens
I can tell you straight, forgot about it. It can be poisonous; we have to eat some fats as well!
Again thanks God that today meat and fat is in many cases much cheaper than veggies and fruits. That's very good for you and me and our families of course.
FISH ON YOUR NATURAL HEALTHY FOOD LIST
Next excellent source of proteins in natural healthy food list is fish. Fish is perfect if it came from cold waters like arctic sea for example. The best are: salmon,
cod, mackerel, trout, sardines and carp. These are my favourites, they are fatty and healthy. It is ideal composition of healthy proteins and healthy fats.
Fish should be on your plate at least twice a week; perfect is three to six times a week.
You can go for shrimps, Calmar's and other sea creatures as well. They are rich in minerals too.
Fried fish is very tasty and looks amazing but much healthier is if you go for boiled or grilled fish.

Prawns are loaded with proteins and some minerals. They are good idea for healthy fast food.
EGGS ON YOUR NATURAL HEALTHY FOOD LIST
Next on our natural healthy food list are eggs, you can eat chicken eggs, duck eggs, quail eggs and any other eggs you find. Egg is the best source of proteins, fats,
vitamins and minerals. It is good practice to eat raw eggs. I know that for many people this can be disgusting but that is quick and the healthiest whey of eating them.
If you cooking egg it will loss many of nutritional values including so important for our health enzymes. But this is your choice, maybe one day you will try to eat
raw egg, it can be very tasty mixed with coconut oil, honey and cinnamon...yummy.
By the way, don't worry about salmonella because this is next big myth. In 99% of cases Salmonella was found only in products containing eggs like
mayonnaise, ice creams or in ready cooked chickens from Tesco or other supermarkets. Salmonella is not so dangerous, the best cure for salmonella is to drink
lots of fresh water, take some of first class probiotics and take a good rest (probiotics are described in healthy diet and healthy supplements sections).
What I am going to tell you now probably will be new to you and for sure you will be very surprise. Almost all of deaths supposingly caused by salmonella are in
fact deaths caused by extremely dehydration and high dosage of wrong prescribed antibiotics. Salmonella by its Own won’t kill you; doctors will, in hospital.
I'm pretty sure what I am talking about because this information is coming from Australian doctor who was working in big city hospital. In USA only are about 20000
people who eat raw eggs for many years and they never bin sick because of that. If you still don't want to eat them raw eat them slightly cooked, soft eggs that keep
lots of nutrients on place.
NUTS AND SEEDS ON YOUR NATURAL HEALTHY FOOD LIST
Walnuts and Almonds are the best nuts you can buy. Walnuts are of highest nutritional value and they have to be on our natural healthy food list
Subsequently good source of proteins and fats which disserve to be on natural healthy food list are nuts and seeds. You can eat Hazelnuts, Cashew, Almonds,
shell nuts, Peanuts, Macadamias, Pistachios, Pecan nuts, Pine nuts, Walnuts and Brazilian nuts and any other you will find.
Nuts are loaded with proteins but you can't make them your main source of proteins (which are called amino acids). The reason for that is because nuts are short of
some of necessary amino acids. You can eat them as a snack or use them for deserts.
Some of us can eat big quantities of nuts while others are felling not well after only half of pack of hazelnuts. This is very individual case and you have to
check this out on yourself.If you will be ok with bigger quantities of nuts you can add them to your natural healthy food list.
I have only one suggestion before you will go nuts shopping, don't eat too much of peanuts they are in fact legumes like peas or beans and they contains kind
of dangerous lectins. Peanuts lectins are carcinogenic and can cause colon cancer. It is not 100% percent clear yet how lectins react with body but there are
few scientific studies that can confirm this theory. So it is better if you will go for pistachios or walnuts, they are tastier anyway.
DAIRY ON YOUR NATURAL HEALTHY FOOD LIST
Dairy products are known of their high quality proteins and nutritional value and that is why they have to be on natural healthy food list. It is true that dairy
products have high nutritional value but only unpasteurised cow milk, yogurts, creams and cheeses and pasteurised and unpasteurised goat milk, creams,
yogurt and cheeses.
If you can't buy unpasteurized cow dairy don't buy it at all.
Instead try to get unpasteurized goat products or if there is no chance for unpasteurized go for pasteurized but make sure that they are high quality products.
You don't have to pay fortune for good quality goat products. Goat milk contains good quantities of vitamin A and calcium. African Masai drink lots of
unpasteurised goat milk, they walking many miles every day with their cattle.
No one I know personally can do the same. Can you walk 10-20 miles every day in high sun? If you do my congratulations, you are in good shape.
If you can't walk such long distance don't worry, read trough natural healthy food list and soon you will be able to lift even mountains (only joking).
Fresh goat milk is perfect for brakefast
Why goat milk is better than cow milk? Answer is very simple. We have problems with digestion of cow milk only because of our diet when we were little kids.
Our moms feed us with cow milk and then we were drinking milk in school and some of us, adults right now, still drinking cow milk and believe that it is healthy.
Because of fact that we spent big part of our life's drinking cow milk we are now allergic to it. We don't have even enzymes responsible for proper digestion of
cow milk, they are gone long time ago when we turned into adults.
This is big problem because in reality cow milk is highly unhealthy for us and for our babies. Cow milk is highly allergenic and can cause lots of problems.
If you have any hard to identify health related problems stop drinking of cow milk immediately. Remember, on natural healthy food list you will find only very healthy
and highly digestible foods.
The Only cow milk you can drink is unpasteurised, it is not exactly known why unpasteurised milk is highly digestible and
why is not allergenic but for many people is working fine.
Probably is much better than pasteurised because contains enzymes which are killed by high temperature in pasteurised milk. Pasteurising is process of killing germs
by short shots of high temperature, milk after this process is "dead" and there are no more good bacteria and no more enzymes. You should know that under high
temperature some of milk proteins becoming allergenic and this maybe cause of yours problems (if you have some problems with cow milk).
So drink only goat milk or unpasteurised cow milk.
Besides, milk have high carbohydrate content so is better if you will drink milk only occasionally. That's the best sources of proteins or to be exact amino acids.
Your body can not work and live properly without them so make sure that you supply all necessary proteins everyday in good quantities.
How much of them you should eat you will find out in healthy diet section. Now we going to discover healthy fats called in chemical language fatty acids.

THE HEALTHIEST SOURCES OF FATS ON YOUR NATURAL HEALTHY FOOD LIST
Now we are in my favourite part of natural healthy food list which is all about the healthiest fats, fats which will make your skin, hair, muscles and the rest of
your body healthy and strong for the rest of your life. With no fats in diet your body can't build and exchange cells. Fatty acids are primary building blocks of
cells membranes. When you cut out carbohydrates and junky foods from your diet and replace them with more proteins and healthy fats soon you will see that your
skin is more firm and shining.
For this effect you won't be waiting long, it will take only about 2 to 3 weeks. About 1 to 2 weeks after you included good size portion of fats to your new healthy
diet you will recognize that your energy have increased and that will change completely your behaviour and will make your life much easier.
Many people reported that they have much more energy and "life force" after switched to diet which is based mainly on animal proteins and fats. This is why natural
healthy food list is so important for our health.
My own experiences are exactly the same. I'm remember one evening when I made my first low carbohydrate high fat meal. When I finished my fatty dinner I was
completely full and ready to go to read some book and just lay down rest of the evening on my sofa.
That was probably my first fatty meal in my life so my digestive enzymes responsible for digestion of fats were not fully working yet. Digestion of that fatty meal

leaking really quickly. Your wounds will heal fast and painlessly.
If you eat "normal" civilization diet promoted by food pyramid your immunological system is working in about 20% maybe 25% of its full power...
Which means that you are make living without protection, your shield is "switched off"! What I call "shield" is your private army of guards which are leukocytes,
NK cells (NK=Natural Killer) and few more. These guys should protect you against harmful bacteria and toxins but they cannot do that if you eat hundreds of
carbohydrates and drink ten cups of coffee a day.
One hundred or more of carbohydrates per day and lack of fats and proteins will cause strong poisoning in your organism. In answer to that poisoning your body will
send your "guards" to sort it out, and the worst is that this is happening day after day for many years. So it is no surprise that after 30 or 50 years of living
and eating this way your "security systems" are DEAD.
If your "guards" are dead you are very likely to get cancer, obesity or cardiovascular problems. Lack of fat in your diet will seriously slow down production of
these so important for your health cells. This is too much for your organism...That is bad scenario which you will keep away from by simple modifications of your diet.
Fats are deadly important for you so eat them a lot and don't worry about nothing, you will be ok.
BEEF SUET ON YOUR NATURAL HEALTHY FOOD LIST
First healthy fat on our natural healthy food list will be beef suet. What is beef suet? It is white and hard fat which is found around the beef or muttons kidneys.
It has perfect fatty acids ratio and is very healthy for your body, is ideal for cooking and baking but first must be chopped very well.
This kind of fat was eaten by our ancestors and for sure is one of the best and healthiest fats available. Buy only real suet in form of white and hard raw cuts.
In sale is many suet-like products which are already prepared for cooking but you never can be sure that there is no additive or vegetables hydrogenated oils.
How to prepare suet for cooking? It's simple, take a frying pan and put it on very slow fire, after is hot add some water to it and place small pieces of chopped suet
on it. After some time suet will be completely malted and ready to go into bowls. Put it in bowls, wait until is cool down and then put it in refrigerator.
Suet prepared this way will be good for use for very long time.
On the other hand if you decided to leave suet in raw state you should remember to keep it in freezer, otherwise will spoil very soon.
Beef suet is perfect for all kind of cookig and prepared well is very healthy and tasty
You can add some herbs if you like or even berries to make suet taste better. Beef or even better- buffalo suet are the healthiest and most natural animals fats,
so make sure that you have some on the side to add variety to your healthy diet (beef suet is the most important fat on natural healthy food list). There is one more
very good snack in sale called "Pemmican". Pemmican is a Native North American food of dried meat and suet. It is so full of energy and nutrients that one or two bars
per day are enough even for a big guy.
Pemmican is perfect as a snack; you can keep it in room temperature and still will be good for use for months! This is because of very high solidity of
saturated fatty acids from beef suet. It's one of the most natural snacks we can imagine and is so healthy and tasty.
REAL BUTTER ON YOUR NATURAL HEALTHY FOOD LIST
Next one on natural healthy foods list is butter. Butter must be REAL, not fake mix of vegetables oils and other man-made "fats". You can eat cow or goat butter,
both are excellent sources of saturated and monounsaturated fats with good portion of vitamins A, D, and vitamin E. It is not true that butter will make you fat;
butter like other animal fats simply can’t make your belly bigger.
Real butter has amazing taste. I would never use "butter pretending" products in my kitchen because they clearly don't have a taste at all, none of them.
Butter is very sensitive to high heat and it is burning really quickly so be careful when you doing your scrambled eggs or some other meals. Burned butter is
very dangerous for our bodies because it is factory of free radicals and other toxins.
I like to eat butter in raw unheated state with honey and cinnamon or just to add it to my meaty meals on the end of the cooking. Butter is perfect source of fatty
acids so eat plenty of it, it is so important in this HUMAN diet that it must be in your kitchen. Natural healthy food list can`t exists without real butter
so make sure that every time you go shopping you buy some good real butter.
COCONUT OIL ON YOUR NATURAL HEALTHY FOOD LIST
Next on our natural healthy food list is coconut oil. For many people coconut oil is still not very well known and even worst: some of people including even doctors
and health practitioners describe coconut oil as an unhealthy. Coconut oil is one of the healthiest sources of fats which you can get these days.
Why it is so good for you? Because 99% of it is saturated fat! But what is the best about saturated fat (medium chain fatty acids in coconut oil) is that this fat
can't be stored as a under skin fat!
It is used straightway as energy (but there is one important condition! You have to keep carbohydrates low) and this means: you never be fat or obese.
Actually if you include coconut oil to your diet you will lose weight (you will lose fat tissue not muscles). Important is to track Human diet. Use only healthy
foods from this website and YOU WILL SUCCEED.
OLIVE OIL ON YOUR NATURAL HEALTHY FOOD LIST
Another good source of fat in natural healthy food list is olive oil, but it must be cold pressed virgin olive oil. Olive oil is known to reduce cholesterol
but main reason why it is so good is his contents of monounsaturated fats in perfect not damaged form. Olive oil is not good for cooking because under high
temperature is oxidizing really quickly and becoming rich source of free radicals.
In these case free radicals are our enemies and we don't want them in our bodies (free radicals speed up your aging process). Use olive oil for salad dressing and
that's all (two tablespoons of olive oil per day is enough).
REAL CREAM ON YOUR NATURAL HEALTHY FOOD LIST
In natural healthy food list must be fat cream of course. Fat cream is good idea and the best one is goat cream. If you don't have any problems with digestion
of cow products then go for it. Remember that cow products can cause allergies. The most important fats are above and you should use them in your kitchen.
Forget all about other fats like sunflower oil, grape seed oil, peanut oil, margarines etc. because all of them are totally useless and unhealthy.
