Special Low fat food list review. Probably you know low fat foods very well because of fat-phobia all over.

I would like to tell you that most of low fat skinny foods are good only for snacks and quick meals.

They are to short in calories to be your main meals. It's very important to be full after main meal.

If you are not filled up you will be hungry and then probably you will grab something to eat, big risk is that you will grab something sweet and unhealthy e.g. bar, cookie etc. and that is what we don't want of course.

So when can we eat snacks?

We can eat snacks when we feel little bit hungry and when we know that next meal is to come in next few hours. Low fat snacks are the best when they are rich in proteins and low in carbohydrates (proteins will keep you full longer than carbohydrates and will suppress feeling of hunger).

Lean meat is great snack for every occasion. It is very tasty and healthy cold or hot and it's very easy to do.

So the best snacks are lean meats and fish. Fruits and vegetables are known as snacks but they are very low in energy and sometimes will make you even hungrier then you was before (don't expect to be full after one apple...).

If I can't get any meaty snack then my next favourite snacks are dried fruits and nuts. Remember that nuts are rich in fat but they fit as a snack perfectly.

I know that dried fruits are high in carbohydrates (sugars) but they are natural (look in to main healthy food list). If you can, always prepare your snacks day before in your home.

Lean beef, chicken, fish and veggie or dried fruit will be perfect.

If you can't prepare your snacks at home, get some dried fruits and some nuts or if you lucky some dried meat and enjoy your quick meal.

Always try to get one of foods above, never ever go for McDonald, KFC and pizzas etc.

Even if they do selling salads or "organic" veggies, when you see one of these "restaurants" (what kind of Idiot call McDonald restaurant?!)run away in different direction!

Don't buy there, not even coffee (if you have to only go to toilet there) because these types of "restaurants" should disappear, they selling crap, even dog will not touch it!

So low fat food list is full of lean meats e.g. chicken, turkey, beef, lamb, fruits, veggies, dried fruits and nuts as well (because nuts fit perfectly as a snack).

Foods from low fat food list are not good for main dishes unless you add some source of fat e.g. butter, olive oil, lard, beef suet.

Main meal must provide you with all of necessary nutrients which include fats as well!

There are so many fruits and veggies which you can mix with lean meats that in fact you are limited only to your imagination.

Keep in mind this advice: choose only high in proteins snacks like meat and nuts, they will do their job very well. Fruits and veggies are only for taste.

One more thing to remember, don't think that lean meat and vegetables are the best way to lose weight.

If your diet is to poor in energy (no fats) your organism will slow down to save as much energy as it can, effect?

First of all you will stop losing fat, it's not good.

Second thing is even worst, your organisms will be forced to burn out your muscles as source of energy.

Even if you exercise and eat more proteins it is only matter of time when you will get burn out. Now, try to imagine someone overweight with no muscles, not nice. But this is what majority of people do with thier bodies.

They are happy they lose weight but what they don't know is that they losing muscles and bone density, it's very bad for general health and life expectancy.

So DO NOT Make Experiments on Your Self! Stick to confirmed and SAFE Diet Plan

Make low fat foods quick snacks. On the other hand make full of nutrients meals rich in fats, proteins and some carbohydrates (small quantities of carbohydrates) your main meals.

If you follow guidelines from low fat food list and generally from your healthy foods soon you will become expert in nutrition field.

Ok, Maybe not expert like some of professional guys but someone with huge knowledge about human diet and healthy foods.

Most of doctors don't have idea and imagination to understand that food is our real and the best medicine.

To Be Vegetarian, or Not to Be?

This is one of hottest questions these days. Vegetarianisms is now very popular, many people strongly believe that this is good way to go. But vegetarianism is not encoded in our genes and we will never achieve optimal health and life span if our prime food will come only from plant world.

There is no point to stop eating of meats and animal fats. Of course we should eat only free range and organic meats if possible (better mineral and vitamin content). Red meat, game meat, poultry and fish and any other animal products are rich in minerals, vitamins, coenzymes and proteins. If you want to be healthy and live long and happy life meat should be on your plate at least two times a week.

Of course there are some vegetarians in good shape but nothing is better than red meat proteins, coenzymes and minerals. Weston Price while travelling around the world noticed that in areas where meat was quite easily available people were much healthier, bigger and stronger than in other more veggie areas. That is fact from real life, not from laboratory.


Healthy Meat

Our human evolution started about 7 million years ago and through all these years we were omnivores, plant and meat eaters. In general we can say that our main food was meat (fatty and lean), fish, many greens and roots, some ripe and sour fruits (not those sweet modern fruits loaded with sugars) and insects. Seven million years of meat eating is very long time, we evolved on meat and fats!
