Low Fat Diet is the worst concept ever. All of diets which are short in animal fats are dangerous for you and your family's health. I will not say even one good word about this diet because it is simply poisonous.

If you can't believe it just take a good look around. WHO (World Health Organization) is promoting this diet because they "believe" it is good for us. The truth is that they don't care about results of these diet. Every year world population is geting fatter while animal fat comsumption is cuted almost to zero!

WHO think only about their positions and money. Epidemic of cancer, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular problems, allergies, tooth decay, arthritis and many more are GROWING very FAST!!! Do you know already why? Yes you are right; epidemics are rising because of lack of animal fats and proteins in our diets. On the other hand we have excess of carbohydrates like pasta, rice, potatoes, bread, cereals etc.

A century ago people were much healthier, they ate lots of animal and saturated fats than we eat these days. Real butter, beef suet, goose fat and even pork fat were foods of highest value. People were slimmer and fitter than we are today. Think about it.

These days everything is LOW FAT or REDUCED FAT. It is completely crazy and unhealthy. Our parents and grandparents ate proper NATURAL FULL FAT products not some man-made FAKE FOODS. Only SICK BRAIN can invent and promote something so unnatural like 0% fat milk.


Conclusion is very simple and sad. Our world is setup to make money even when it comes to our health. Diseases are fundamental part and money-maker of these days' industries. Food industry, insurance industry and pharmaceutical industry can keep going only with presence of diseases. Just think how much pharmaceutical industry makes on useless drugs. Those are HUGE amounts of money.

Insurance companies which are selling insurance for life or health generate skyrocketing profits. Food industry is selling "healthy foods" loaded with additives and chemicals. They are even going to make genetically modified organism (GMO) foods that are the only ones available for us. It's crazy.

Do you really think that it is better to buy insurance and go to hospital than buy healthy foods and spend your priceless time with your family?

I am not afraid to call low fat diet a "destructive diet". Add to this low fat diet some manmade foods like breads, pastas and sweets cakes and sweet drinks like Coca-cola and you have apocalypse in front of you.

That is not a joke. Where is money there is not a place for joke and you know that, don't you?

Take care about you and your family's health today. Do it now because time is priceless. And if you still not sure about fat in your diet or you just afraid to add a little bit of good healthy fats just take a look on French people.

They like fatty meals, they like cigarettes and alcohol as well and they still in better shape than "Low Fat Americans" or "Low Fat Germans". You may say that they have some protective genes or some other predispositions, now way they don't. They are healthier because they eat more natural food. That is simple true.

To Be Vegetarian, or Not to Be?

This is one of hottest questions these days. Vegetarianisms is now very popular, many people strongly believe that this is good way to go. But vegetarianism is not encoded in our genes and we will never achieve optimal health and life span if our prime food will come only from plant world. Food history not lying, if there was any possibility to get meat and fat it was always first choice food.

There is no point to stop eating of meats and animal fats. Of course we should eat only free range/grass fed and organic meats if possible (better mineral and vitamin content). Red meat, game meat, poultry and fish and any other animal products are rich in minerals, vitamins, coenzymes and proteins. If you want to be healthy and live long and happy life meat should be on your plate at least two times a week.

Of course there are some vegetarians in good shape but nothing is better than red meat proteins, coenzymes and minerals. Weston Price while travelling around the world noticed that in areas where meat was quite easily available people were much healthier, bigger and stronger than in other more veggie areas. That is fact from real life, not from laboratory.


Healthy Meat

Our human evolution and food history started about 7 million years ago and through all these years we were omnivores, plant and meat eaters. In general we can say that our main food was meat (fatty and lean), fish, many greens and roots, some ripe and sour fruits (not those sweet modern fruits loaded with sugars) and insects. Seven million years of meat eating is very long time, we evolved on meat and fats!
