How should you choose the best foods for your healthy food list? This is easy. what you have to do is only find the answer to one question, which is: How will you divide these foods into healthy and unhealthy foods? There is few ways to do that. If you want to call some food healthy that food must fulfil specific conditions. First condition says that healthy foods are kinds of fruits, meats, vegetables, dairy fats and nuts which can be digest by your belly in raw state. Second condition: Healthy food can't be toxic for you.
A quick explanation: raw or cooked, the food always must be safe for your body. Generally speaking, food when is overcooked is toxic so you should eat raw, slightly cooked or gentely cooked foods. This is very important because toxins are stored in your underskin fat tissue. If you eat to many toxic foods your fat will be much harder to burn out. Third condition: only foods made by nature are healthy
For example honey is a natural source of glucose and fructose but is very healthy. On the other hand refined white sugar is dnegerous for your health.
And last but so important thing you should know. Only tasty foods are allowed to be on your healthy food list. If something is to sweet or to sour it is probably not good for you. If after your meal you have any problems with your stomach, next time you should think twice before you eat this food.
