My name is Andrew Karpinski and I'm Nutrition Advisor and Food Technologist.

Currently I am living in UK.

I was born in Poland in 1981 but some time ago I decided to move out to England.

I build this web site because health, well being and physical activity became the most important things in my life.

Few years ago I was like most of people.

Man with poor physical condition (probably mental also), with minimal knowledge about nutrition, dieting and well being in general.

My waist was too big, arms and legs were too weak and in general my health was very poor.

After my father was killed by lung cancer I realised that we are only humans and our bodies are not made from iron.


I realised that what I do in my life TODAY will affect my future in one or another way.

I know it sounds obvious but as you can see it is NOT, for majority of people.

"WE ARE WHAT WE EAT", this is the basic rule and first LOW of GOOD NUTRITION.

Now, you may ask what should you eat? Answer is very simple; just take a good look at you.


Are you piece of bread? or maybe you are spaghetti or potatoes chips? Probably you are not.

What you will say about piece of red meat, sounds better? is it more similar to you? Of course it is.

You are made from amino acids, fatty acids, minerals and water, exactly like high quality red meat.

You may don't like this fact but this is true anyway.

But don't worry you don't need to eat only red meat to keep good shape. You should keep in mind that proteins, minerals, vitamins, enzymes and cofactors are what you really need.

These are building blocks of your body muscles, bones, fat (yes, even your body fat must be made from high quality building blocks - good fats) brain, internal organs and skin.

Nutrition isn't philosophy. It may be difficult, especially when you have to deal with very ill people but in most cases rules are simple and clear.

Everyone should have easy access to trustworthy information about dieting and nutrition. That is why I build this website.

Now you probably want to know what kind of background I have.

I keep Food Technologist diploma and Nutrition Advisor diploma. I am qualified cook as well.


To be completely honest with you I have to tell you that information from schools makes only around 30% of all my knowledge.

The rest of my knowledge comes from sources which are not available in school, comes form my private researches as well.

If you think that someone can get all needed nutritional knowledge only from school than (to say this very gently) you are not exactly right.

To make things even worst, in many schools level of teaching is simply terrible.


They teaching something what many open minded nutritionists call "Politically Correct Nutrition" and as you may guess it isn't something what you want apply to your or any one's life style.

Real nutrition is SIMPLE and EFFECTIVE, period.

On those pages you will find lots of information about many diets and healthy foods which are necessary to get your desired body and amazing health.

I will give you information you need to know and you will give me your word that you will never stop trying to get where you want to be, that will be our deal.

I'm fascinated about human body and physique and love to watch people who do constant progression.

I love to see guys and girls losing weight and getting stronger and more muscular.

This is really incredible experience to watch people turning into their better and healthier versions.


Yes "BETTER VERSIONS" because no matter what one may say, you are the one who will pass genes to your kids.

This is your responsibility to make sure that your genes are of the best quality.

If you already have kids then as a parent you should teach them how to live to be healthy and strong. Losing body fat isn't everything in this game, it is only side effect of healthy body and mind.


Not only psychical strength matters but mental also.

In fact these two are so strongly connected that are almost like one thing. What you eat and how you move will affect your muscles and your brain in same way.

I don't care about doctors and medical schools any more.

Most of them don't cure people, they simply prescribing drugs and vaccinate people. Why they do that?

Well, they are paid by so called "Big Pharma" and "Food Industry".


Probably the only good doctors who are necessary these days are surgeons and few others specialists who know how to fix what GP's screwed up.

Yep, that is true.

I know that you may like your GP but I will be completely honest with you, 90% of them are like PARASITES.

They do living only if you are sick, that is why THEY NEED YOU to survive.

On the other hand you don't need them at all, if your lifestyle is ok. Simple is that.

Better for you if you quickly forgot what you know about diseases and academic medicine because THE TRUE is much different.


TV, your GP and newspapers aren't good sources of nutrition knowledge and do you know why is that?

for GOOD INFORMATION you have to pay in one or another way.

If you will stay on this website you will pay for all great information as well. Oh yes...there is nothing for free in this world.

On these pages you will pay for high value information by your TIME.

Don't be naive, don't expect good and trustworthy information from short TV programmes and few words from newspapers hand out to you like a doughnut.

Since when TV's and Newspaper's reporters are experts in nutrition?

Who gave them right and knowledge to do interviews with dieticians, nutritinists and scientists?


Did you know that 90% of our modern academic "medicine" is build around pseudo science?

They are using STATISTICS to show that they have right. Unfortunantely statistic based proof is not the same what hard scientific evidence based on biochemical and historical knowledge.

They choose statistics because it's much easier to manipulate results of global researches. Everything to sell more drugs.


Like I said before I'm Food Technologist and Nutrition Advisor but in fact my adventure with nutrition and dieting started when I was teen ager.

I chose to be cook when I was sixteen years old. I made my Professional Cook diploma after three years of study.

After that I decided that I want to be Food Technologist (there always was something in food what made me very passionate about it).

Two and half years later and I had my desired diploma in hand.


But real breakthrough happened when my father died.

It was lung cancer, very fatal one called Small Cell Lung Cancer, the most deadly of cancers.

Doctors said that definently there is no hope for my father. They gave him maximum six months of life (if he will be lucky).

Fortunantely for him he was "out of reality" beacouse of demage to the brain caused by metastasies.

He survived 13 months.

Anyway, today I know that he could live much longer.


That thing changed my life forever and because of that you can read these words today.

After my father's funeral my only one target was to find out how and why that happened. I started to study, I spend hundreds of hours reading about diets and reading scientific studies. I was reading books and learning about biochemistry and our psychics.

I tested many diets on my self to find out which ones are good and effective.


Today I can say that I know what and why happened to my father. Even more importantly I can tell you how to protect yourself against all of deadly modern diseases.

There are many more people who will tell you that healthy and lean body is in fact very easy to reach. The most important thing which you may need is your positive mindset.

The rest is only a side effect.


I know how to make almost anyone fit and lean, if that person really want this. I know also how to do this in a way that is the most friendly and easy for each of us.

But there is one very important thing you should know.

Top model's look doesn't guarantee that you are 100% healthy. Unfortunately in our modern environment for most of people it is impossible to get lean and muscular look without some kind of consecration.

This day's world is so crazy and fast that everyone wants to achieve desired effects and great look as quick as possible.

I understand that and this is completely fine but you should know that those kinds of shortcuts will lead to some kind of compromise between health and great results.


To achieve fantastic results safely and fast you need good understanding of biochemical processes which are key factors to your success.

You have to find perfect balance between health and your desired great body look. To be completely honest with you, your world is constantly evolving and so you are.

Your ancestors had great health and lean and muscular bodies but they lived in much different conditions than we are these days.


Fortunately we can apply some of their nutritional habits and combine them with our modern knowledge to get our perfect bodies and strong health in our "crazy" modern world.

Whatever you want to lose some body fat or maybe muscles (less possible but it happens sometimes) or you want to get more of lean muscles, you need to know rules of good nutrition and healthy exercising.

Losing body fat doesn't need to be so hard, gaining extra pounds of lean muscles also. In fact everything is very easy if you know how to do it properly.

I can see you gaining lean tough muscles or burning abdominal fat very fast and easy. The only one thing you have to do is get to good source of information.

To Be Vegetarian, or Not to Be?

This is one of hottest questions these days. Vegetarianisms is now very popular, many people strongly believe that this is good way to go. But vegetarianism is not encoded in our genes and we will never achieve optimal health and life span if our prime food will come only from plant world.

There is no point to stop eating of meats and animal fats. Of course we should eat only free range and organic meats if possible (better mineral and vitamin content). Red meat, game meat, poultry and fish and any other animal products are rich in minerals, vitamins, coenzymes and proteins. If you want to be healthy and live long and happy life meat should be on your plate at least two times a week.

Of course there are some vegetarians in good shape but nothing is better than red meat proteins, coenzymes and minerals. Weston Price while travelling around the world noticed that in areas where meat was quite easily available people were much healthier, bigger and stronger than in other more veggie areas. That is fact from real life, not from laboratory.


Healthy Meat

Our human evolution started about 7 million years ago and through all these years we were omnivores, plant and meat eaters. In general we can say that our main food was meat (fatty and lean), fish, many greens and roots, some ripe and sour fruits (not those sweet modern fruits loaded with sugars) and insects. Seven million years of meat eating is very long time, we evolved on meat and fats!
